    In my role as Senior IT Engineer at IBM I provide guidance and support to junior staff and was the last point of contact before management for Technical Service related issues. I was responsible for the maintenance and management of all IT infrastructure and Network security including firewalls, anti-virus measures and mail environment.
    I was also in charge of the centres LAN / WAN support, troubleshooting Network routing and connectivity issues and liaised with clients regarding High Level Technical queries and problems. Finally, I was responsible for IT procurement and research into new and existing technologies.
