    In a nutshell, reducing your sitting time reduces your risk of disease, including heart disease, stroke, cancer and diabetes

    This isn’t just about increasing exercise either, this is specifically about reducing sitting time.  That exercise in and of itself may not help reduce your risk of disease, if the rest of your time is spend in sedentary behaviour:
